Anatomical Tongue

This piece was the result of a small side project (that wasn't related to any assignment or graded project), that I created prior to starting my clay armature cyclops skull.

While it was intended to be something small to 'warm up to' before jumping to a much larger project, this piece also served two greater purposes: to further my anatomical ceramic series & to experiment with bumpy textures.
